We are excited to be recruiting for Graduates to join us in September 2023. This is a 2 year programme depending on the chosen pathway, giving you the chance to explore several disciplines across our Brands or Shared Services. We have opportunities across our business including Product & Commercial, Marketing, Technology, Market Management and Projects. Certain graduate pathways may have the fantastic opportunity to spend some time at our overseas offices.
Over the course of the scheme, you will rotate across several disciplines to gain a wide understanding of your chosen area of our business, whilst also developing through our ‘Future Leaders’ programme.
We offer a hybrid approach to work, usually spending 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely each week. Our main locations in the UK are Leyland (Lancashire) and Kingston-upon-Thames, both offering great transport links from the surrounding areas. The offices are recently refurbished and include break out areas, Wi-Fi, free tea & coffee and shopping & social events.
