2024-2025 Internal Transfer Quotas (Fall Sem.)

The quotas, admission conditions, application dates and required documents for students who will be accepted to our university through internal transfer based on their GPA in the 2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester are listed below.
A-APPLICATION

Application Method
*Applications will be made online on our University's website between the application dates, and the required documents will be scanned and uploaded to the system by the students.
Compulsory Foreign Language (Eng-German) Preparatory Program Proficiency Exam
Candidates who apply to Departments and Programs that provide 100% or 30% education in foreign languages, whose foreign language preparatory education is not deemed sufficient, or who do not have a foreign language proficiency certificate from the foreign language exams held by ÖSYM or international foreign language exams whose equivalence is accepted by ÖSYM, will participate.

Candidates apply to departments/programs that provide education in foreign languages, except the Faculty of Medicine: 20 August 2024
Candidates applying to the Faculty of Medicine English Medicine Program: July 30, 2024
Exams will be held face to face at the School of Foreign Languages.

B-ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS
1- Horizontal transfers are made in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer" and the "Faculty of Medicine Lateral Transfer Guide".
2- Intra-institutional transfers within the university can be made between equivalent diploma programs whose names are the same or whose contents are determined to be at least 80% the same by the relevant boards of directors.
3- Candidates for internal transfer between equivalent diploma programs;
They must have passed all the exams at the Faculty/School/Vocational School they are studying in, except for those who will transfer to the Faculty of Medicine Turkish Medicine Program,
Except for those who will transfer to the Faculty of Medicine's Turkish Medicine Program, their overall grade point average in the education period before the class or semester in which they will transfer must be at least 3.00 in undergraduate programs and at least 2.75 in associate degree programs.
Acceptance of students through horizontal transfer is made according to the horizontal transfer evaluation score (DP). If the evaluation scores are equal, priority is given to the candidate with the higher central placement score in the year in which the candidates registered for the relevant program.
4- In calculating the horizontal transfer evaluation score (DP);
Y=Base score of the relevant program in the year the candidate registered (excluding school valedictorian and additional placements),
The candidate's overall grade point average according to the Z = 4 grading system,
a) In the acceptance of candidates who apply to departments and programs other than the Faculty of Medicine, the evaluation score is calculated according to the formula below.
Horizontal Transfer Evaluation score (DP)= [(X/Y)x40]+(Zx15)
b) In the acceptance of candidates who apply to the Faculty of Medicine, the evaluation score is calculated according to the formula below.
Horizontal Transfer Evaluation score (DP)= [(X/Y)x85]+(Zx3.75)
5- Candidates who apply to departments/programs where education is fully or partially in a foreign language are required to transfer to departments and programs where the language of instruction is 100% foreign language. Must be studying in departments and programs that provide 100% or 30% education in foreign languages,
6- They must not have received any disciplinary punishment in the Department/Program they are studying in,
7- Candidates who want to transfer from the Evening Education Program to regular education programs must be within the 10% success rate in the last semester they study.
C- REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1- Application petition. (Signed)
2- An approved transcript showing all the courses taken by the candidate in the department/program in which he/she is registered and his/her overall academic grade point average.
3- A certified document stating that the student has not received disciplinary punishment.
4- ÖSYM Exam Result Document.
5- Undergraduate program students who have vocational internships in Vocational Schools and education programs
